Cake Flavours
Here is a list of Amandas most popular cake flavours. However, dont think of it as a menu, if there are any particular flavours you enjoy and request for your cakes, please dont hesitate to ask!
Victoria
A classic vanilla sponge, with vanilla buttercream and rasperyy jam.
Lemon
A light lemon sponge, filled with lemon curd, and lemon flavoured buttercream.
Raspberry and White chocolate
A fluffy vanilla sponge speckled with fresh raspberries, filled with either a white chocolate buttercream, or white chcolate ganache.
Chocolate
A indulgent choclate sponge, filled with rich chocolate buttercream.
Carrot
A wonderfully moist carrot cake, lightly spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg, with or without sultanas and walnuts, filled with either a citrus buttercream or cream cheese frosting.
Salted Caramel
A decadent brown sugar sponge, filled with a salted caramel sauce and caramel buttercream.
